Govern before consequence.
Access is not authority
AI can propose. Governance determines what is allowed to happen.
Evidence before action.
Humans remain accountable for the organization's normative boundary.
Governance should reduce unnecessary friction as evidence improves.
Our Team

Tom Hockert
President
Tom Hockert leads ANTEVYR’s enterprise execution, bringing Microsoft experience in delivery excellence, program governance, and the recovery of complex initiatives. His work has crossed banking, retail, and manufacturing, where delivery depends on clear accountability, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to correct course under pressure. At Microsoft, he spent more than a year helping introduce AI across Industry Solutions Delivery. That work gave him direct experience with adoption, operational limits, and the controls organizations need as AI moves into everyday workflows. Tom brings a practical operator’s view to ANTEVYR’s mission: make advanced AI usable while preserving human authority and reviewable decisions. He has also served as a trustee of Mounds Park Academy, supporting its risk-management committee, and as a judge for Microsoft’s 2025 Global Hackathon.

George Dunphy
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
George Dunphy leads ANTEVYR’s technical architecture for AI systems in which policy, human authority, and evidence govern consequential execution. He brings more than 25 years in enterprise technology, including nearly 25 years at Microsoft across solution architecture, worldwide technical quality assurance, strategic transformation, and delivery risk. As a worldwide technical quality leader, he reviewed hundreds of complex projects and worked with teams in more than 40 countries. He provided technical governance for the official Sochi 2014 and Rio 2016 Olympic web properties. Later, he led global quality programs, architect accreditation, and AI-assisted project-risk work. At ANTEVYR, George applies that experience to deterministic authorization and auditable execution for organizations that need to retain control over AI decisions. He holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from St. Francis Xavier University, where he earned the program’s silver medal.

Vice President Operations
Anne Marie Otañez leads ANTEVYR’s operational strategy, bringing more than 20 years of experience helping executives turn strategy into disciplined execution across technology, healthcare, automotive, and entertainment. Her career also includes leadership roles at Apple, Disney.com, Edmunds.com, Netscape, and Intermountain Health, where she led teams and complex projects in a highly regulated environment. She has built global Diversity & Inclusion programs, established Chief of Staff Academies, and facilitated key partnership deals, giving her direct experience with the operating rhythms, accountability, and change management organizations need when new capabilities enter everyday work. At ANTEVYR, Anne Marie applies that experience to helping organizations adopt advanced AI while keeping decisions clear, accountable, and in human hands.
